Natural Health

In terms of health, I take a holistic view of well being, considering the wellness not just of the physical body, but of the mind and spirit as well.  I feel that maintaining where possible an organic  plant based diet is definitely the most effective way in which I naturally maintain good health.  Regular exercise, self care and positive thinking are also on my essentials list! :-) The following posts detail my attempts to ‘naturally fuel’ my own health.
