A healthy lifestyle doesn’t just relate to mindful food choices.  Regular movement is vital for the body to operate at it’s optimum level, both physically and mentally.  While I do appreciate my body being (relatively!) fit and at a comfortable weight for me,  I am much more enthusiastic about the effect of exercise on the non physical -it’s benefits for positive mental health.  Browse the categories in the tab above to read my posts on exercise.
